Antique Pine Scrubbed Top Table Circa 1880
An absolutely gorgeous example of a country pine kitchen table from Burnley, Lancashire circa 1880. Every last bit of this piece is original and unaltered, including the painted base in a rich reddish-brown, and its scrubbed pine top. Featuring beautiful chunky turned legs and a wide drawer for napkin, placemat, and silverware storage.
Dimensions: 48" L x 35.25"W x 29.25"H
Apron: (23" from floor to apron on three sides, 21.25" to apron on drawer side)
Note: This piece would ideally sit four (two on each of the long sides, since the drawer side has a longer apron - please see measurements). In order to stay true to its original condition the table top has not been waxed or sealed. If you prefer a sealed top (for spills), I recommend a clear coat.
Please note: antiques can (and often do!) come with dents, chips, cracks, stains, uneven coloring, and signs of their old age—small details that contribute to big character.
